Mums Walking Group - Explore the Adelaide Hills with Your Little Ones

The Amy Gillett Track

Are you looking for a fun and active way to spend your Monday mornings with your little ones? Join us for a guided walk along various sections of the scenic Amy Gillett Track, located in the picturesque Adelaide Hills.


The Amy Gillett Track is a purpose-built bike/walking path stretching approximately 17 km, which we’ll explore in sections over the course of six weeks.


This track is quite flat and classified as easy, making it perfect for all fitness levels.


Our pram-friendly walks are ideal for mums with children of all ages. If your older kids enjoy biking, they’ll love this adventure too!


Each session, we’ll cover about 4 km, offering a new section to explore along the track every week—be sure to check the event details for our starting point.


 

AMY GILLETT - WALKING GROUP FOR MUMS


What to Bring:

  • Water

  • Sun protection for you and the kids

  • Pram/bike/baby carrier

  • Snacks


What’s Included:

  • Guided walk through beautiful sections of the Amy Gillet track

  • A gentle yoga/stretching session at the end of each walk (yoga mats included)

  • Playgrounds to keep the kids entertained (available at weeks 3 & 5)

  • Coffee stops for a chance to refuel (available at weeks 3, 4, 5 & 6)


In case of unsuitable weather, we’ll reschedule to Tuesday at 10:00AM, either the same week or the following week.

The Mums Walking Groups are held between late September and Early April 2024 (the warmer months).
