  • Is this suitable for beginners?
    Yes, I have a wide range of categories suited for all fitness levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. Offering modifications in every class to suit your needs.
  • How many weeks postpartum should I be?
    This platform is designed for mothers who are at least 12 weeks postpartum and have a familiarity with exercises such as squats, lunges, and chest lifts. That being said this is still very much suitable for beginners. NOTE: I am not a women's health physiotherapist or medical professional. It's highly recommended that you consult with one or both of these professionals to ensure you are ready to safely begin exercising.
  • What style of classes do you offer?
    YOGA - Experience a slow yoga flow, reminiscent of a Hatha/Yin yoga class. This practice is ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing flexibility & reducing brain fog. PILATES - Dive into mat Pilates exercises infused with a delightful mix of traditional and innovative movements. Feel the burn as you sculpt and tone your body, achieving fitness goals with each session. STRENGTH - Engage in exercises utilising your body weight and dumbbells to boost endurance and stamina, ensuring you can effortlessly keep up with your little ones with ease.
  • What's in it for me?
    Get a weekly workout planned for you! Access to a diverse array of workouts, including yoga classes, Mums & Bubs sessions, toddler-friendly workouts, and more! Join other mums for our weekly live session every Wednesday, as well as a monthly Q&A, where I will any questions you might have in our members-only Facebook group. Plus so much more!
  • Will I need any fitness equipment?
    Most of our videos are bodyweight workouts, so all you'll need are the basics: a yoga mat and a water bottle. If you're interested in strength training, you'll ideally need a few sets of dumbbells. I recommend hex-shaped dumbbells for their stability and ease of use. For more information on the dumbbells required for 'Strength', please refer to "What dumbbells do I need for 'Strength'?" in the FAQ section below
  • What dumbbells do I need for the 'Strength'?
    For our 'Strength Training' classes, it's recommended to have dumbbells on hand. Here are the suggested weights based on your fitness level: BEGINNER - 1kg, 2kg, and 3kg INTERMEDIATE - 2kg, 3kg, and 4kg ADVANCED - 2kg, 4kg, and 5+kg A set of dumbbells (two of each) ranging from 1-5 kg would be a great start. As you progress and become stronger, you may find the need for heavier weights.
  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply log in, then head to your 'Account' and follow the prompts.
  • Do you offer live classes?
    Most classes are pre-recorded, but you'll also enjoy a weekly live session on Wednesdays, usually held in the mid-morning to midday. Once you've joined the 'Movement Membership', you'll gain access to our exclusive members-only Facebook page.
  • Will I meet other Mums?
    Yes, by joining the members-only Facebook group, you'll become part of our Muma community. Upon joining the group, you can share information about yourself, such as where you're from and how many little ones you have, if you wish. However, there's no pressure to do so.
  • Can I access the platform on multiple devices?
    Yes, I offer a free app that you can download. Simply click here and follow the prompts to get started. With the app, you'll have access to all the content on my website, including blog posts, programs, challenges, and, most importantly, you can easily follow the workouts and yoga content right from your phone.
